About Me

I'm Tahmid Tanjim Rahim, a mobile app developer and Computer Science student based in Bangladesh. I build mobile apps end to end: the app (primarily Flutter), the backend (Firebase, Node.js/Express, MERN stack) and the admin side. I work in clear milestones, show a working build at each stage, and hand over source code, backend access and GitHub access at the end. I also have experience with real-time audio/video (Agora, LiveKit, WebRTC), which I add when a product needs it, and I am comfortable with Docker for deployment and C/C++ for lower-level work and problem solving.

What does a typical project timeline look like?
Timelines depend on scope. An initial MVP typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, while a more comprehensive business management portal or app usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. Every project is scoped into 1–2 week milestones with working builds demonstrated at the conclusion of each phase.
How do we communicate throughout the project?
We communicate via Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, or email based on your workflow, alongside scheduled video check-ins. You receive regular milestone progress updates and test builds to verify on your own hardware.
What is your pricing model?
I work on milestone-based fixed project fees or weekly sprint rates depending on your project clarity. Fixed pricing means no surprise invoices: we define the deliverables upfront, tie payments to verified milestones, and adjust scope through transparent change requests if requirements evolve.
Who owns the code and backend infrastructure?
You do. The client retains 100% ownership of all source code, design assets, and backend resources. Upon project completion, I transfer the Git repository and grant administrative control over Firebase, cloud hosting, and database instances. There is zero vendor lock-in.
Do you offer post-launch support and maintenance?
Yes. Every build includes a post-launch warranty period for bug fixes and stability checks. Afterward, I offer ongoing maintenance agreements for OS updates, new feature additions, and performance monitoring.
What time zone are you based in and what are your overlap hours?
I am based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). I maintain flexible availability to accommodate US, European, and Asia-Pacific working hours. My core overlap hours are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT+6 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM UTC), ensuring 4–6 hours daily overlap with US Eastern and European business hours for synchronous standups and sprint reviews.
